It’s more than just bending, twisting, and conditioning one’s self in postures like a contortionist. It’s more than just working out the body through physical discipline.
It’s a way of life.
It’s about being mindful and appreciative of every breath you take.
It’s about being aware of what is currently happening in the present moment.
It’s about being conscious in a time where technological devices induce mental unconsciousness.
It’s about implementing non-dualism in a black-or-white, this-or-that society.
It’s about being an observer as you naturally achieve stillness in motion.
What you practice on the mat, should be implemented into daily life.
This is a philosophy I wouldn’t mind sharing with the world.
